The Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 20-Gauge is our 2022 Shotgun of the Year. 

Designed for hardcore turkey hunters, the SL5 semi-auto 12-gauge shotguns accommodate 2¾- and 3-inch shells and feature an 18½-inch deep-drilled, chrome-lined barrel with a stepped rib for precise alignment.

Benelli USA has added several color options to its Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 lineup, including new Cerakote and camo combinations for their 28-inch barrel shotguns with 12- and 20-gauge three-inch chambers.

For 2022, Benelli raises the bar in the growing sub-gauge movement with the release of the 28-gauge Super Black Eagle 3, featuring a 3-inch chamber.

The 20-gauge Super Black Eagle 3 offers hunters an ultra-lightweight gun for upland bird hunting that can also be used for turkeys and ducks without unduly punishing the shooter.
