For Pennsylvania’s Regis and Diane Synan, putting family first extends to their NRA family as they support NRA goals and objectives as members of the NRA President’s Founders Club of the NRA Hunters’ Leadership Forum.

The NRA Hunters’ Leadership Forum will help FHF, a national R3 organization, develop free, online interactive training mentors may use to recruit, train and retain new hunters.

In 2021, ‘Join the Hunt’ will provide—thanks to the NRA Hunters’ Leadership Forum—research, tips and talking points to teach hunters how to talk about hunting’s positive impact.

NRA Hunters’ Leadership Forum contributor Tim Flanigan of Bedford, Pa., received the Mason-Dixon Outdoor Writers Association’s (M-DOWA) First Place Talbot Denmead Memorial Award for “Best on Conservation and/or the Environment,” for “Who Really Cares About Conservation,” his article published at NRAHLF.org.

When it comes to active NRA Hunters’ Leadership Forum members John and Melanie Pepper, the duo continues to combine its influence to serve as twice the powerhouse in protecting hunting’s future.

The NRA Hunters' Leadership Forum has announced the return of support for the Hunters for the Hungry subsidy program. A total of $60,000 has been committed to fund HFH affiliates throughout the country to cover the cost of processing, shipping and distributing donated meat. 

It’s fitting that this month’s spotlight shines on HLF member Carl Haley of Nashville as he gets set to welcome fellow members to Music City for the 2nd Annual NRA Hunters’ Leadership Forum National Luncheon on Apr. 10.

In recognition of their efforts, the NRA Hunters’ Leadership Forum (HLF) honored the founders of Cabela's with its inaugural NRA Distinguished Hunters Leadership Award at the HLF’s National Luncheon held during the NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits in Nashville on April 10.
