It includes a 10-foot cord that can be plugged into a 12-volt DC power source, and has a zero-maintenance 12-volt, 7.2 Amp/hour sealed lead acid rechargeable battery is rechargeable up to 500 times, and operates the HID lamp for up to 1.75 hours per charge.
