NRA Weekend at Cabela's 2014 Launches Sept. 13

Cabela's has announced that the 2014 edition of its "NRA Weekend" event will be hosted by the company's retail locations this coming weekend, Sept. 13 and 14, respectively. The annual event features NRA membership drives, along with a series of firearm safety courses, educational workshops, in-store product demonstrations and more.

All new and current NRA members who join or renew their membership during NRA Weekend will receive a $25 Cabela’s gift certificate. The company will also offer a selection of free workshops and in-store demonstrations from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. A variety of topics will be covered, including firearm safety, selection, fitting and concealment, ammunition selection and more.

• Concealed Carry Question & Answer
• Situational Awareness
• Non-Lethal Self-Defense
• Intro to Basic Pistol
• And many more
