Savage Arms brought out the Model 42, a gun that, like the Model 24, combines the utility of .22 –cal. rifle and .410-bore shotgun, but with a composite stock and fore-end at an economical price. Hunting Show Attendance Shattering Records

Attendance records have been shattered at this year’s major hunting shows. The latest, Ducks Unlimited’s DUX (Ducks Unlimited Expo), set a new high-water mark in Memphis, Tenn.
