With hunting seasons either open or quickly approaching across the nation, several premier ammunition manufacturers are offering timely savings for sportsmen. Whether it’s big game on the schedule or fast-flying birds, here’s a look at some budget-friendly savings from legendary companies.

Centerfire

Purchases of eligible Winchester rifle brands, for example, made between Sept. 15 and Nov. 30, can qualify for a 25-percent-off rebate. Included in the promotion are the Winchester Deer Season XP, Power-Point, Copper Impact, Ballistic Silvertip and Expedition Big Game lines.

The maximum rebate per person/household is limited to $50. Full details are available online.

Purchase at least two boxes of Federal centerfire rifle ammunition between Aug. 23 and Oct. 31 and you can qualify to get 20 percent of the purchase price back. The maximum rebate allowed is $50. Taxes and/or shipping and handling fees are not included in the eligible amount.

The offer does not include American Eagle or Federal American Eagle Centerfire Rifle Ammunition. Additional exclusions apply and can be reviewed on the special offer’s webpage.

Buy at least two boxes of Remington centerfire rifle ammunition and there could be 20 percent of that purchase price returning to your pocket. Taxes and/or shipping and handling fees are not included in the eligible rebate amount. Sorry, Remington UMC Centerfire Rifle Ammunition is not eligible for the promotional savings.

Browning Ammunition began to offer its 25-percent-off rebate on all eligible hunting rifle ammunition on Sept 15. The special promotion runs until Nov. 30. The company’s Silver Series, Max-Point, Long Range Pro, Long Range Pro Hunter, BXS and BXV are included. Full details and forms are available online.

Shotshells

Take home at least two boxes of Federal Premium HEVI-Bismuth or Federal Premium Hi-Bird Fiber Wad Bismuth shotshells and you may qualify to get $5 per box back. Maximum rebate per person or household is $250.

The offer began Sept. 1 and runs through New Year’s Eve. Certain exclusions apply and are detailed on this webpage.

More Than $6.6 Million in Tribal Wildlife Grants to Advance Conservation

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is awarding more than $6.6 million to federally recognized Native American and Alaska Native tribes to benefit fish and wildlife resources and their habitats. This year’s funding will support 35 tribes for conservation projects across 15 states, benefiting a wide range of wildlife and habitat, including species of cultural or traditional importance to Indigenous communities.
