Meopta Sport Optics has introduced new MeoPro HD Plus binoculars. A completely redesigned Gen 2 version of the previous MeoPro binocular line, the HD Plus series is available in 10x42 HD and 8x56 HD models.

Featuring a more advanced HD optical system, the MeoPro HD Plus binoculars deliver sharper, brighter images and better contrast and resolution than the Gen 1 models. Hunters will also appreciate the edge-to-edge clarity, wide field of view, and outstanding low-light performance in this mid-priced line.

The focus wheel has been redesigned for a smoother, faster, and more precise focus. A modern exterior design, with durable rubber armoring, provides a better and more comfortable grip in all weather conditions. The lightweight magnesium alloy body is built to withstand the most brutal hunting conditions and is tripod-adapter ready. Twist-up eyecups are metal with a soft-rubber exterior, making them extremely durable and comfortable while greatly reducing the risk of breakage. They are also designed for easy removal and cleaning.

“We wanted to bring in certain elements of our higher-end binoculars to this mid-priced MeoPro line for an improved user experience,” said Jaroslav Dosed'l, global head of Meopta Sport Optics. “The new optical system and advanced lens coatings deliver outstanding low-light performance that hunters have come to expect from Meopta, and additional upgrades to this new MeoPro HD Plus line improve handling, comfort, and overall performance in the field.”

Meopta’s MeoShield anti-abrasion lens coating offers added protection to exterior lenses while the MeoDrop hydrophobic lens coating repels rain. The diopter adjustment is located under the right eyepiece. Both models are nitrogen purged, shockproof, and fully sealed for fogproof and waterproof performance even in demanding conditions. Like all Meopta optics sold in the United States, they are backed by Meopta’s Lifetime Transferrable Warranty.
