In a positive sign for the outdoor-economy, Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's have begun the process of hiring 5,000 new team members nationwide. The hirings come amid what the retailer calls an 'unprecedented' wave of interest by families and individuals in returning to nature, where they can "social distance" on hiking trails, in boats and in blinds. Some of the positions are available in the following areas: Tracker Marine Boat Center; Hunting; Customer Service; and Switchboard/Operator.

Team benefits include competitive wage potential, holiday and vacation pay, flexible hours and merchandise discounts at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s. Health, dental, and life-insurance programs are available for eligible team members. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
