Winchester has expanded its XPR line of rifles with the XPR Extreme Hunter Midnight MB. Available in a wide variety of calibers, including the new 6.8 Western, it sports TrueTimber Midnight camouflage on its rigid composite stock. A Cerakote Tungsten finish is applied both to the steel receiver and the fluted barrel, to resist corrosion and tough weather conditions. That barrel is also button rifled and free-floated for added precision, with a 9/16-24-inch threaded muzzle. This is pre-fitted with a radial-style muzzle brake, to spare the shooter's shoulder from felt recoil, even with magnum chamberings. AN INflex Teechnology recoil pad softens thee jolt even further.

The gun's traditional bolt-action, which comes with a bolt-unlock button for added safety, utilizes a two-position thumb safety, and is fed by a detachable box magazine. Finally, an MOA trigger system allows shooters to loose shots downrange with ease.

For more information on this rifle, which weighs in between 6 pounds 12 ounces and 7 pounds 4 ounces depending on chambering. Please visit winchesterguns.comMSRP: $749.99
