Bergara Rifles has announced a left-handed variant of its B-14R Trainer, with both steel and carbon-fiber barrels. Whether for competition or as a training rifle, this new version of the B-14R makes the platform accessible to a whole new set of shooters.

A true trainer, the B-14R is based around a full-scale, Remington 700 footprint. This includes a 90-degree bolt handle and a longer bolt throw. This allows shooters to set up an almost exact clone of their favored centerfire, as it is compatible with other Remington 700-compatible stocks, bases and triggers. Finally, the modified single-stack magazine is built to similar dimensions as a standard short-action AICS magazine.
