The Gator Waders Shield 3-in-1 Jacket in Realtree Max-5 Camo is an outwear system designed to take wearers from cool early season mornings, to harsh late-season conditions. The jacket adjusts as temperatures and conditions change to maintain protection against the elements.

Part of this protection comes from a Hex Guard wind and waterproof outer layer, with a zip-out 120-gram Primaloft insulated vest. This latter component keeps the wearer's core at a comfortable temperature in frigid conditions. This combination creates a lightweight, piece of outerwear that can be adjusted for a variety of scenarios.

Other features of the jacket include YKK Zippers, dual magnetic chest pockets, a drawstring hood and neoprene wrist cuffs. For more information, please visit gatorwaders.comMSRP: $279.99

Member's Hunt: The Spot

Back in 1963, my dad asked if I wanted to go deer hunting in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (what we locals call the U.P.). We had no tent, no camper and no cabin, although we did have a horse truck, and we converted it into a deer camp. Read on for this week's Member's Hunt, from Jim Mikkelsen.
