The M48 Mountain Carbon, from Nosler, is an ultralight, backcountry-ready rifle, taking full advantage of weight-saving carbon-fiber. Built around an M48 action mated to a match-grade, cut-rifled, carbon-wrapped barrel with a threaded muzzle, the gun is guaranteed to less than an MOA with proper Nosler ammunition. A Timney Trigger with a two-position safety further helps this equation.

The barreled action is glass- and aluminum-pillar bedded into an Ultralight Mountain Hunter stock, colored either in Granite Green or Shale Gray. Lastly, all steel is coated in Tungsten Grey Cerakote to resist the elements.
