This week, we’re taking a closer a look at the Remington Model 700 LSS Ultimate Muzzleloader. Built on the proven Model 700 centerfire receiver, this bolt-action inline muzzleloader boasts a 300-yard lethal range. Featuring the company’s Accelerated Muzzleloader Performance ignition system, which accepts a magnum rifle primer seated in a specially designed brass cartridge case, the Ultimate Muzzleloader has the ability to burn up to 200 grains of black powder or its substitute to produce velocities of 2400 fps and downrange energy of 1,000 ft.-lbs.
