As you've probably heard, Savage Arms has entered the AR-15 business. Four models are due to be available this spring, including the MSR 10 Hunter, which we've covered previously. That said, the MSR 10 Long Range is the most tricked out of the bunch, featuring a fluted heavy barrel with a Melonite QPQ finish. The custom forged upper/lower gives it a unique look and compact size. It comes with a Magpul PRS Gen3 buttstock and a Blackhawk AR Blaze two-stage trigger. Its MSRP is $2,284.

American Rifleman's Joe Kurtenbach got a closer look at the MSR 10 Long Range at SHOT Show 2017's Industry Day at the Range. You can learn more about it with the video embedded above.
