After hearing so much about it, we couldn't wait to get our hands on Ruger's latest model the Ruger American at the 2012 Media Day at the Range in Boulder City, Nev.

Get a look at the Ruger American Rifle in action with a little help from AmericanHunter.org contributor Dave Campbell:

One of its brightest design features, no doubt, is its barrel which is cold-hammer forged and 22-inches long with a sporter contour and no sights.

Recipe: Crispy Sticky Venison

This recipe is a great way to turn a simple venison roast into something that tastes as if it came from your favorite takeout place.
