Browning's been on a roll the past year. It hasn't just been launching new products—it's been launching entirely new divisions. Browning Crossbows are soon to be in the hands of consumers, and the company's new ammunition line is on the way, too. Most recently Browning Ammo announced the introduction of its new BXD Upland Extra Distance.

Browning, whose ammunition line saw the light of day in 2016, has expanded the line for 2017 to include a varmint/predator specific offering: the Browning BXV Predator & Varmint ammunition.

Browning Ammunition has announced that it will be expanding its BPT Performance Target line in 2017. A 12-gauge Handicap No. 7½ load—designed chiefly for trap shooters, as well as dove and quail hunters—will be joining the rotation. The 2¾-inch shell will be loaded with 1-1/8 ounces of shot.

Browning has announced that it will be adding four new calibers to its BXR Deer lineup for 2017. 6.5 Creedmoor, 7mm-08, 7mm Rem. Mag. and .270 WSM will join the team this fall.
