The portable ice chest was first invented in 1951 and, since then, hunters and coolers have been nigh-inseparable. Whether you're keeping your beverages iced down or the spoils of your hunt from, well, spoiling, they're just darn useful. YETI Coolers has rapidly become the most recognized brand on the market, and has intentions on expanding its grip on hunters' hearts in 2016.
In the last year, YETI has released a series of short films that have highlighted some of the industry's most amazing men, women and traditions. The most recent addition to the series, "Chasing Light," features Texas-based predator hunter and all-around outdoorsman Wyman Meinzer.
YETI, a brand well-known among hunters and outdoorsmen and women a like, announced today that it'd soon be releasing a new version of its popular Hopper cooler—this time in what the company is calling "Field Tan." Previously available in a combination of gray, black and blue, the Hopper is officially getting an earth-tone variant.
