Vista Outdoor has announced that it has acquired Camp Chef. A provider of outdoor cooking solutions, Camp Chef carries more than 250 products including camp stoves, barbecue grills, pellet grills, smokers, fire pits and a full line of cast-iron cookware and accessories.

Vista Outdoor, Inc., has announced that it plans to eventually break ground on a new corporate headquarters at Station Park in Farmington City, Utah. The company will begin construction on a new facility during the summer of 2015, and expects to complete the project by mid-2016.

Vista Outdoor recently partnered with the Boy Scouts of America to become the official conservation sponsor of the Scouts. Vista Outdoor sold Savage Arms and its subsidiaries, Fox and Stevens, to Long Range Acquisition LLC, an investment group that includes Savage’s current president and CEO, Al Kasper, for a price of $170 million.
