Bushnell's optics are getting a facelift. Some of them, anyway. While at the NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits, the company announced that its Trophy line of optics would be undergoing a re-engineering. In addition, it's being joined by the new Trophy Xtreme line.

Thompson/Center Arms has issued an immediate recall on all of its Compass rifles. The company has determined that, in some instances, depending on the heigh and position of the rifle and other factors, a chambered round may fire if the firearm is dropped with the safety in the fire position. The recall applies to all Compass rifles manufactured prior to Sept. 16, 2016.
