Leupold has announced the addition of 8x42 and 10x42 models to its existing BX-5 Santiam HD binocular line, which feature the same HD coatings used on the VX-5HD and VX-6HD riflescopes, to increase visibility in low-light conditions.

With increased light transmission and reduced glare, the BX-5 Santiam binoculars are ideal for the hunter searching for glass that performs in long-range and low-light settings. A durable, lightweight housing and an armor rubber coating make the binos durable and easy to handle in all conditions. The diopter and focus adjustment dial are easy to set, and can be manipulated even when wearing gloves.

The new 8x42 and 10x42 BX-5 Santiam HD binocular models are available in Shadow Gray and Sitka Subalpine finishes. Special lens coatings shed water, dirt, oil and fingerprints.
