LEDE DV8 Series

Muddy Outdoors has expanded its men's hunting apparel and accessory line, DV8, to include several key items scheduled for release later in 2026.

Designed for early to mid-season hunts, the DV8 Rubline Pants feature a double-weave four-way stretch fabric construction to maintain mobility across changing terrain and temperatures ranging from 40°F to 70°F. The addition of an odor-controlling anti-microbial treatment, heat-dumping side and thigh vents, a water-resistant finish and ample pocket space—including oversized cargo pockets and a dedicated knife pocket—keeps hunters cool, concealed, and fully equipped.

Next on the list is the DV8 Assault Jacket, a purpose-built outer layer built for mid- to late-season pursuits. It pairs a quiet, 4-way-stretch shell with heat-trapping Primaloft Gold insulation for exceptional warmth without unnecessary bulk. A stabilized baffle design and odor-controlling anti-microbial treatment ensure lasting heat retention and reduced scent detection, while a water-resistant exterior and streamlined pockets keep hunters protected and gear within easy reach.

Rounding out the brand's launches for 2026 is a range of hunt-ready bags, including the DV8 100-Liter Duffel Bag. Designed to withstand backcountry abuse and the wet, unpredictable weather that often accompanies it, this bag features a welded IPX6 water-resistant construction, a reinforced bottom, and a versatile carry system that switches from duffle bag-style to backpack-style in just seconds. With a collapsible boot pocket and 100 liters of storage space for organizing gear, it carries everything needed for demanding hunts or long weekends at camp.

Coyote Tactics: Stay Flexible

The successful hunters I know do not get hung up on one tactic. They constantly float between strategies in an ever-changing hunting environment. Quite simply, they’re flexible.
