Forty-five high school students from all over the United States have arrived in Washington, D.C. for this week's 2014 NRA Youth Education Summit (Y.E.S.).
Hosted by the National Deer Alliance, the three-day event on May 6-8 draws national experts on deer, deer hunting and deer conservation as they address the key issues facing today’s deer populations.
Federal Premium Ammunition hosted a gathering of 20 leaders from outdoor mentoring programs from across the country earlier this month, in an effort to bring local and national organizations together to align their work with the National Hunter Recruitment, Retention and Reactivation (R3) plan. The event was organized in conjunction with Pass it On Outdoor Mentors and the Council to Advance Hunting and Shooting Sports.
Be their tails white or black, be they donkey-eared with wide crowns or basket-racked desert dwellers, the pursuit of deer across this land is as American as it gets. Here’s a look at the new gear that will get you there, keep you there and, we hope, return home stained a little red.
The National Rifle Association is pleased to announce the students selected to attend the 2017 Youth Education Summit (Y.E.S.), a seven-day educational experience in Washington, D.C., scheduled for July 24-30, 2017.
