Izaak Walton League of America Celebrates 100 Years
A century ago the founding members of this nationwide group joined forces with other conservationists to help pass valuable measures including our Duck Stamp and the Pittman-Robertson Act. Today, more than 40,000 “Ikes” in 200-plus chapters nationwide value their decades of work on behalf of conservation with diverse groups and common goals.
Senate Passes the Great American Outdoors Act
With a vote of 73-25, the U.S. Senate has passed the historic Great American Outdoors Act, representing a strong commitment to increasing public access and advancing conservation.
