Weatherby has continued its new-for-2016 product rollout, announcing the impending release of the New Mark V Weathermark, a Mark V built to withstand even the harshest backcountry conditions.

Weatherby, Inc. has expanded its bolt-action lineup with the Mark V Hunter, boasting a freshly designed polymer stock that echoes the lines of the Backcountry 2.0 family.

On the heels of a number of big announcements for 2016, Weatherby has introduced the New Mark V Ultra Lightweight, a Mark V that's designed to follow you wherever the hunt may go—without weighing you down.

The company's new Mark V CarbonMark, CarbonMark Pro and CarbonMark Elite rifles feature TriggerTech Mark V triggers, Cerakoted metal, spiral fluted bolts and Accubrake ST muzzle breaks fitted on standard ⅝x24 TPI threads.

A one-of-a-kind Weatherby Mark V, hand-engraved in combined recognition of Weatherby's 70th Anniversary, the introduction of the new Model Mark V and the introduction of the new 6.5-300 Weatherby Magnum cartridge, will be featured in the SHOT Show 2017 auction.

For a limited time, hunters who purchase a new Mark V rifle will also get two free boxes of Weatherby Select or Select Plus ammunition in the Weatherby Magnum chambering they've selected for their Mark V.
