On April 26, 1877 a Single Action Army revolver, serial number 36xxx was shipped from the Colt factory in Hartford, Conn. to the Colt Patent Fire-Arms Mfg. Co., London Agency, London, England.

In 2020, Colt relaunched its renowned Python revolver with two barrel length options—4.25-inch and 6-inch. For 2022, the company has announced that it is bringing back the 3-inch-barrelled version.

Colt has introduced the CBX Tac Hunter—a bolt-action hunting rifle with accuracy-enhancing features, targeted squarely toward avid hunters.
