Just in time for bow season, Hatsan has entered the pneumatic arrow gun market with the pre-charged Harpoon. Made specifically for use with commercial crossbow bolts, the bullpup-style Harpoon can send a 20-inch arrow downrange at 600 FPS, and produce 325 ft.-lbs. of energy.
Crossbow bolts are lighter and shorter than arrows used in vertical bows, plus they receive a more abrupt delivery of force and fly at higher speeds.
