#SundayGunday: Savage Arms MSR 10 Long Range

At its core the Savage Arms MSR 10 Long Range is a 10-pound, gas-impingement rifle that’s designed to deliver the power that its smaller brethren cannot. Yes, we said 10 pounds—this rifle is no lightweight. The fluted 20-inch, Melonite QPQ finished, 4140 steel barrel and 7075-T6 forged aluminum receiver make the Long Range a lot of gun. That said, it’s not necessarily meant to be strapped to your shoulder all that often, if at all—this is the rifle that you call upon when you’re ready to set up and, well, go long. Learn more about it with the video embedded above.
