The National Rifle Association of America (NRA) proudly announces Sergeant Major (Ret.) Kyle Lamb as a Brand Ambassador for the NRA America’s Rifle Challenge (ARC), an innovative training and competition program built around the safe and effective use of the AR-15 platform.

A legend in the tactical and firearms training world, Kyle Lamb brings more than two decades of elite military experience and an unmatched legacy of leadership to ARC. Lamb served for more than 21 years in the United States Army, including 15 years in the elite 1st SFOD-D (Delta Force). Kyle and Melynda Lamb are the Founders of Viking Tactics (VTAC), a premier firearms training organization known for its quality instruction, innovative gear, and functional designs, including the highly respected VTAC Sling. Beyond the battlefield, Lamb is a passionate competition shooter, hunter, firearms instructor, and accomplished author, and he and his wife are the founders of the nonprofit group “Stay in the Fight Foundation.”

“Kyle Lamb is one of the most respected voices in the tactical and firearms training community,” said Cole McCulloch, Director of NRA Competitive Shooting. “His leadership, instructional experience, competitions experience, and dedication to real-world performance are exactly what ARC is all about. As Brand Ambassador, Kyle Lamb will bring his decades of elite-level experience and instruction to the ARC program — elevating training standards, promoting safety, and expanding awareness of the program’s mission. We’re proud to welcome Kyle Lamb as a Brand Ambassador and look forward to his impact on this growing program.”

Lamb is enthusiastic for the NRA’s new initiative focused on training responsible AR owners through practical competitions designed to enhance skills and confidence nationwide.

“The new NRA leadership is making a critical commitment to properly train responsible citizens with their AR and provide them with a practical competition, which will be available across the nation soon,” said Kyle Lamb. “I’m delighted that the NRA is getting back to their core mission of practical training and providing modernized competitions. When I heard about the ARC program, its focus on the AR, and the NRA’s desire to provide AR training and ARC competitions, I wanted to be involved. ARC is an excellent opportunity to build real skills with real purpose, specifically on the AR platform. It allows responsible AR owners at any level to get ARC training and compete from the local level to the national level. I’m excited to work with the NRA to help millions of responsible Americans become more confident and competent with their AR, while preserving the traditions and freedoms we’ve fought to protect.”
