For unparalleled stability in the field, its hard to beat the balance afforded by a tripod. This stability can sometimes come at the cost of fluidity and range of movement, however. With the Kopfjäger K700 AMT Tripod with Reaper Rail, this tradeoff is virtually nonexistent.

The tripod itself is of durable enough construction to support 25 pounds, with three-level leg extensions with locking levers, and three-position angle locks. Foam grips on the legs, meanwhile, allow for comfortable hand placement. A center column provides an extra 14.9 inches of adjustment of the height of one's firearm, for a fully extracted measurement of 72 inches, and a retracted dimension of 27 inches.

The Reaper Rail Upper Assembly attachment affixed to the top of the tripod anchors to one's rifle via either Picatinny or Arca Swiss rail piece. It offers a full 360 degrees of pan, 11 degrees of cant in both directions, and 109 degrees of tilt (21 degrees up and 87 degrees down). Finally, an offset grip makes for for easy manipulation, and allows for magazine changes with the rifle attached .
