X360 On White LEDE

FoxPro has unveiled the X360, the company's most advanced and feature-rich digital game call to date. Designed to redefine predator hunting, the X360 delivers  audio performance, next-generation features, and excellent realism. At the heart of the X360 is FoxPro's Advanced 360 Sound system—a dynamic seven-speaker configuration that includes three XHD+ speakers, three enhanced tweeters, and a full-range speaker. This  setup offers 32-bit Ultrasonic sound playback and a frequency response of 200 Hz to over 40 kHz to attract even the most elusive predators. The Advanced 360 Sound feature randomly moves sounds across speakers for incredible realism and urgency, without the rhythmic patterns of a motor simply cycling. With five selectable urgency settings, you can tailor this randomly moving sound from a low-key start to a high-chaos sound dispersal. The ability to remotely turn on or off the XHD+ speakers, the full-range speaker, or an external speaker independently is also now included. The X360 includes 350 preloaded sounds, including 10 sounds from the MFK library, and can store up to 2500 sounds. Also included are 10 Pro Hunts (seasonal sequences selected by the FOXPRO staff) for hands-free stands. The X360 features dual built-in decoys to mimic a bird attacking a rodent, with each decoy having three independently remote-controlled speeds, on/off control, and decoy light control for nighttime use. The three foldable legs offer optimal sound distribution, and Bluetooth connectivity allows for audio streaming from your phone. The X360 also includes 2 Music Modes that equalize speakers for optimal music playback.

The TX2000 remote control boasts a large, full-color LCD screen (now featuring a customizable color option), categories and subcategories making sound selections easier than ever, a built-in weight scale, and an improved external gauge for temperature and barometric pressure. Additional features include a moon-phase indicator, battery-level indicators for both the call and the remote, and a stand timer. FoxFusion(playing 2 sounds at the same time) and FoxPitch(changing the pitch of any sound for never-before-heard sounds) now share a new intuitive screen that allows the two features to work together seamlessly. FoxFusion can be used with up to 32-bit sounds, and FoxPitch now has an extended pitch range(Ultrasonic sounds can only go down in pitch). The device supports FoxPilot sequences for hands-free calling and controls sounds, volume, mute, decoy on/off/speed/light, FoxFusion, and FoxPitch for the most unique and hands-free calling ever. FoxData is also included for recording hunting conditions and tracking of sounds used to call in predators. The X360 includes a 10,000 mAh lithium-ion battery pack and a charger, allowing convenient recharging without battery removal. A charge jack, aux jack, external speaker jack and USB-C port is also conveniently located in a top access panel. Backed by a five-year warranty and FOXPRO's exceptional customer support, the X360 is proudly made in the USA. For more information, visit gofoxpro.comMSRP: $1499.95

Michigan Mayor Looks Down on Guns and Dogs

“If you’ve got a gun, you should be ashamed of yourself,” said Grand Rapids Mayor David LaGrand. NRA-ILA also noted that in his response to a police K-9 chasing down a suspect, LaGrand said: “It is time that we ask, ‘What are dogs good for?’ Like, if you need a dog to find someone in the woods, get a hound dog. If you need to chase somebody in a backyard, why couldn’t you do that with a drone? If my dog did what I saw in that video, I’d put my dog down.”

Coyote Tactics: Stay Flexible

The successful hunters I know do not get hung up on one tactic. They constantly float between strategies in an ever-changing hunting environment. Quite simply, they’re flexible. I take that improvising nature to heart even for coyotes, particularly when they shun my calls for whatever reason. When that occurs, I continue the hunt, but modify my strategy to fit the scenario.
