Ruger Announces AR-556 Multi-Purpose Rifle
Ruger has announced its new AR-556 Multi-Purpose Rifle (MPR), a custom-built AR-15 design that features an 18-inch nitrided alloy barrel with rifle-length gas system, Ruger's 15-inch free-float handguard compatible with M-LOK accessories, the Ruger Elite 452 AR-trigger and Magpul furniture.

Ruger now chambers its popular AR-556 MPR rifle in .450 Bushmaster, offering hunters all of the benefits and fun of an AR while gaining twice as much umph downrange.
