I like to frame one stamp, and tuck my signed stamp (the one I hunted with) inside my duck journal as a memento.

The South Carolina General Assembly has agreed to legislation that will enact a fee increase to the state’s migratory waterfowl permit, for the improvement of waterfowl habitat on Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs).

In a voice vote on Monday, Nov. 17, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill to raise the price of federal duck stamps from $15 to $25. The bill now moves to the Senate.
