Mainorange Razorwork

Outdoor Edge’s popular RazorWork utility knife that allows you to go from work to skinning with the push of a button is now available in orange. This everyday carry knife, originally launched in just black last year, features a replaceable scalpel-sharp 3-inch utility blade made from Japanese 420J2 stainless steel that has been heat-treated and hand-finished to achieve its razor-sharp edge. The unique blade design transfers power directly to the cutting edge, making it an ideal knife for tradesmen and everyday carry, offering 3X the cutting edge when compared to a standard utility blade.

When the workday is finally over and you are ready to hit the woods, quickly and easily switch to a 3-inch drop point blade with the patented Outdoor Edge RazorSafe system. This system allows you to change blades with the push of a button. The blade is seated in a black oxide coated steel blade holder, providing the strength of a traditional knife. The handle is constructed from a lightweight, one-piece, non-slip Grivory polymer. Each RazorWork knife comes with two utility blades and one 3-inch drop point blade. The new orange color makes it easy to find should you drop it in the field or on the job.

Behind the Bullet: The .308 Norma Magnum

Norma’s ballistician Nils Kvale saw the wisdom of having the velocity and horsepower of the .300 H&H Magnum, but in a shorter, more affordable receiver, and used the H&H case to develop his .358 Norma Magnum in 1959 as well as the .308 Norma Magnum one year later.
