Hunting is a pastime often enjoyed alone, but for 21-year-old Tyson Freeman, who was diagnosed with a form of muscular dystrophy at age 13, hunting alone is not an option. The degenerative disease causes pelvic muscle weakness, making it difficult to stand and sit, along with shoulder weakness, lower back pain and more. But in an interview with KTIV.com, Freeman doesn't let the disease stop him from pursuing his passion, his motto being, "Muscular dystrophy is my life, hunting is my disease."

Close friend and co-creator of Buck Brothers Outdoors, Landon Ziemba wanted to enjoy more time in the woods with Freeman. He learned about the Action TrackChair, a wheelchair designed specifically for outdoor pursuits, and setup a fundraiser online to help raise the $13,000 needed for Freeman's chair. The gofundme.com fundraising page has currently reached $7,670.
