I have read and re-read Jack O"Connor's books for many years. When I was in graduate school at the University of Idaho I was lucky enough to get to meet the great man in Lewiston, Idaho and to take a trip to the high country with him and one of my professors. I have ordered one of the tribute rirles and as a nearly 70 year old think he was one of the most amazing people I have ever met!

When I was a kid growing up I read as much as I could by Jack O``connor. The way he was, what he stood for and the way he hunted has influenced me my whole hunting life. I am now 65 years old and I still read his books over and over again. I have been hunting 52 years and hunting has been a special part of my life. I would like to thank him.
