The Savage Model 110 Storm is a long-action, all-weather rifle chambered in the venerable .30-’06 Sprg., boasting the newest revelation from Savage: AccuFit, a synthetic stock design that allows shooters to customize both the rifle’s length of pull and comb height quickly and easily while in the field with only a Phillips-head screwdriver.

The market for new hunting guns has become extremely competitive recently, but in mating the classic Model 110 rifle with a Proof Research barrel, Savage has created a winning rifle.

Savage’s new Model 110 Ultralight rifle includes all the class-leading features you’d expect from a Savage gun with the addition of a Proof Research carbon-fiber barrel that keeps overall weight at 6 pounds or less.

The High Country bolt-action maximizes accuracy with its Model 110 receiver secured three-dimensionally along its entire length within an exclusive Savage AccuStock chassis. More Savage exclusive features include the AccuFit system, which lets hunters set length of pull and comb height, and an AccuTrigger, which also is user-adjustable.

With the new Savage AccuFit stock system, hunters can now have a custom-fit rifle in a host of chamberings and configurations without the custom-gun price tag. Savage cut away the solid comb and rear portion of the typical buttstock, allowing combs of different heights and length-of-pull spacers to be easily placed in their respective areas.
