A Look at the Ambush from Bad Boy Buggies

The Bad Boy Buggies Ambush Utility Vehicle

AmericanHunter.org staff caught up with Bad Boy Buggies engineer Trenton Munsell at the 2012 Media Day at the Range in Boulder City, Nev., and Munsell explained the attractive features on the company's new Ambush utility vehicle and gave us a first look.

We all know the perks of a utility vehicle—getting in and out of tough spots, lugging around all our gear—but what about one that could actually help your chances in the field?

New from Bad Boy Buggies is the Ambush, featuring dual-drive technology. It features a 48-volt electric drivetrain and a 16-horsepower, 480-cc V-Twin gas engine, either of which can operate the vehicle independently in two-wheel-drive operation, or in tandem for four-wheel-drive power. So you can cruise to your favorite hunting area on gas, and then sneak into your sweet spot in electric mode without a single sound.
