VA Senate Passes Air Gun Bill
The Senate has voted in favor of a bill that would prohibit localities from banning the use of air-propelled guns on private property.

Tuesday, the Senate voted in favor of a bill that would prohibit localities from banning the use of BB guns, paintball guns and other air-propelled guns on personal property. Opponents of the legislation believe that the bill, along with air guns, can be a threat to public safety.
