Former Idaho gubernatorial and Senate candidate Rex Rammell is being investigated after claims that he illegally killed an elk in a southeastern region of the state. According to a news release, a conservation officer found Rammell dragging an elk through the woods, and upon inspecting his tag, found it was invalid.
