A Salisbury, North Carolina, man recently pled guilty to charges that he illegally hunted in and took wildlife from the state of Kentucky—where he used to be a resident—and was charged July 27 and sentenced September 7, 2011.

As part of his sentence, the man is banned from hunting worldwide for two years, and must pay the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources $5,300 in restitution, and $50 in special penalty assessments.

The charges were in response to several illegal hunting- and wildlife-related incidents that took place between 2002 and 2011.
