Minnesota Bear License Lottery Will Get Do-over
The Minnesota DNR announced that it will have to re-do its black bear license lottery after a computer glitch tampered with the results.

Almost 20,000 Minnesota residents entered the state's 2011 bear lottery for a chance to win one of 7,000 licenses to be issued this year. But shortly after the draw ended, the Minnesota DNR announced that due to a computer glitch that tampered with the results they will have to do the process over again.
