A debate has been sparked among Michigan hunters, as state resource managers have recommended banning the use of chocolate as bear bait for the 2011 season. The Michigan Bear Hunters Association and Upper Peninsula Bear Houndsmen Association have expressed many concerns about the ban. DNR representatives are said to meet with hunters on the issue this spring.
