Sheriff Doug Giddings of Grangeville, Idaho is speaking out against rumors that the raffle he is sponsoring for his town promotes the illegal killing of wolves. The raffle is called the ".308 SSS Wolf Pack Raffle," and while many claim the SSS stands for "shoot, shovel and shut up," Sheriff Giddings says it stands for "safety, security and survival."
