In the state's first five-day archery bear hunt, Pennsylvania saw 224 bears taken.

In the state's first five-day archery bear hunt, Pennsylvania saw 224 bears taken. Combined with the three-day hunt in November, this year's harvest totals 3,039 bears taken in 53 counties.
