7/14/2011 There is one final hunting permit available for Tennessee's third annual elk hunt and it will go to one lucky eBay bidder. The permit will be listed in an eBay auction from July 14th to the 23rd. All proceeds from the auction will go to the state's elk restoration and managment project.
