7/11/11 Federal officials have proposed opening a national wildlife refuge in Colorado that is home to waterfowl, moose, deer, elk, coyotes and other animals to more hunting. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced that it seeks to expand hunting privlidges in 10 refuges total across the country.
