Disabled Dog Finds Galapagos Tortoise Shell
When a Florida man went searching for fossils with his disabled dog he never imagined they would stumble upon the remains of a Galapagos tortoise.

One afternoon three years ago, Frank Garcia, a Ruskin, Fla., paleontologist, took his disabled dog Webster out to look for fossils in the Caloosa shell pit. Not long after the duo arrived, Webster drew Garcia's attention to large pieces of fossilized giant tortoise shells, which ended up being the remains of a Galapagos tortoise.
