Colorado DOW Debates Bear Kill Ethics
The DOW has met to decide their stance on whether or not it is ethical to shoot a bear in a bear den without giving it fair chase.

The Colorado Wildlife Commission has met to decide their stance on whether or not it is ethical to walk into a bear den and shoot a bear without the bear being given a chance to defend itself. The controversy stems from reports in November that a Colorado hunter entered a bear den and immediately shot and killed a 703-pound bear.
