Jeff Foiles Pleads Guilty, Will Serve 13 Months

Professional waterfowl hunter and call maker Jeff Foiles had maintained his innocence following his December 2010 indictment; however, evidently he decided the case against him was just too strong. On Thursday he pled guilty in U.S. District Court to two misdemeanor violations: unlawful sale of wildlife (Lacey Act violation) and unlawful taking of migratory game birds (Migratory Bird Treaty Act violation).

Jeff Foiles Pleads Not Guilty (UPDATED)

On Thursday pro waterfowler Jeff Foiles pled not guilty to a 23-count indictment before a U.S. magistrate judge in Springfield, Ill. His jury trial begins April 5, 2011.
