Would Proposed Coyote Control Impact SD Pheasants?

Therefore a proposal is on the table to add $1 to hunting license sales, thereby generating more money for coyote control. In case you haven't noticed, Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) was not elected vice president of the United States on November 6. No doubt he was disappointed, as well we all were that an NRA-endorsed hunter wouldn't be moving into the White House.
